What's included?
1 / Time for Self-Care
Do you give your time and energy generously to other people? Then this day is especially for you. You are the only priority. Disconnect from the external world so that you can reconnect with yourself. Enjoy mindful meditation, breathwork, somatic release, gentle stretching and movement, a peaceful nature walk and quiet reflection time. I've designed this retreat to restore your body, mind and soul, and leave you feeling recharged and grounded.
2 / Facilitated Sessions
The day will flow easily from guided small group sessions into rest periods where you can just 'be'. Facilitated sessions allow you to escape into your inner self. Turn off your conscious mind and allow yourself to reconnect with your higher self. Your facilitator will use thoughtful questions, prompts and visualization techniques to help you explore your unconscious mind and the deep desires that live there. Participants will be encouraged to use journal writing to capture their thoughts and ideas during these sessions. We'll discuss techniques to manage your energy, set healthy boundaries, live in better alignment with your values, let go of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, and listen to your intuition.
3 / Meals
For full-day sessions, a nutritious lunch and snack will be provided with options for vegetarians. We can accommodate most food allergies, however, food is not prepared on site and cross-contamination cannot be gauranteed. Let us know if you have any allergies when booking.
3 / Bonus
All participants will receive a private, 30-minute vision session with Sarah valued at $97. This is a bonus offer for the June 1 retreat. A vision session is a short coaching session specifically designed to help you figure out your biggest desires, your mental blocks and obstacles.
