Who We Work With
We serve individual clients, corporate clients, public sector and non-profit organizations. Individuals come to us for professional coaching and open enrollment training programs. Organizations and corporate clients partner with us to develop custom programs for their teams.
We have experience working with leaders across a broad range of industries, including: marketing, communications, professional services, engineering, tech, regulatory compliance, municipal services, public policy and government administration. We deliver across Canada and the US, with clients based in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Washington State, California, Texas and Pennsylvania.
Our leadership development programs are specific to mid-level leaders with direct reports. Our clients are responsible for functional teams, branchs and departments with more accountability. At this time, we do not offer training for those new to management.
Our Approach
At Coach for Success, we combine executive leadership coaching, root cause coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to provide deep insights and effective strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving rapid growth. We are communication experts with deep knowledge in understanding verbal, non-verbal and emotional cues. With over 400 hours of advanced coaching training certifications, we specialize in listening on a deeper level and asking probing questions to drive meaningful change and transformation.
