For more than two decades, our founder built a distinguished career as a communications consultant and senior leader across the private, public and academic sectors. Before founding Coach for Success in 2023, she served as Associate Vice President, Corporate Communications at a financial institution. Other career highlights include serving as Director of Communications for the Edmonton Police Commission, Communications Manager for EPCOR Utilities and faculty member at MacEwan University, before becoming a Certified Leadership Coach and corporate facilitator.

Our founder's passion for coaching was sparked when she joined an elite team of senior leaders trained as internal coaches. This experience inspired her to complete the Certified Leadership Coach designation. Embracing the coach approach as the foundation of her people-centered leadership style, her trust and engagement scores soared to 95 per cent. 

After receiving the prestigious Pillars of Excellence Award for her exemplary leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, navigating organizational challenges and crisis communications, she faced a turning point. The high-pressure demands and 24/7 expectations of corporate leadership negatively impacted her health. Choosing to prioritize her well-being, family and purpose, she made the courageous decision to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, dedicating herself  to supporting others experiencing similar challenges.

Sarah Doyle is a highly accomplished, internationally accredited leadership coach, keynote speaker and training facilitator. Recognized as a thought leader in communication, leadership and employee engagement, Sarah brings over 20 years experience in corporate communications and senior leadership roles. She provides strategic counsel to executives on complex issues, including employee relations and organizational culture. Sarah is a former adjunct instructor of Public Relations and Communications at MacEwan University, and currently facilitates management training for the Government of Alberta in employee relations, supporting employee performance and policy development.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Sarah has completed over 400 hours of coach-specific training and earned 10 coaching certifications. Her advanced training spans multiple disciplines, including Leadership and Executive Coaching, Root Cause Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Release Coaching, Timeline Therapy™, Somatic Coaching and Breathwork Coaching. Sarah's commitment to professional excellence is reflected in her achievement of the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation, demonstrating her mastery of core coaching competencies and ethical standards. 

Sarah’s passion for leadership development extends beyond coaching. She is deeply committed to advancing women in senior leadership roles and empowering leaders to embrace authenticity, create inclusive environments and foster psychological safety in their teams. Through ongoing training and expanding her knowledge in DEI and workplace culture, Sarah ensures her clients are equipped to navigate today’s complex leadership challenges with confidence, clarity and purpose.
