The Executive Leadership Accelerator is designed to support mid-to-senior level women leaders with clearly defining their executive presence and navigating the complexities of today's leadership landscape. In this program you will:

• Clarify your core values, uncover your unique leadership attributes, and define your Signature Leadership Presence
• Develop the People Skills to lead others with compassion, foster high-trust, motivate teams and shape culture
• Develop the Power Skills to master the art of clear, confident and persuasive communication, influence decision makers and command a presence in the boardroom

Completion of the Course

Upon completion, participants will have a clear understanding of their executive presence and how to enhance it. Women leaders will further their skills in several core leadership competencies, resulting in accelerated growth and professional development. Leaders will shift how they perceive their role, become more adept communicators and more confident decision-makers. These outcomes will have a measureable impact on individual performance and team engagement.
