For more than two decades, our founder built a distinguished career as a communications consultant and senior leader, excelling in roles such as Senior Manager, Director, and Associate Vice President. During this time, she led large-scale initiatives, including an annual leadership conference for over 400 senior leaders, fostering development, collaboration, and networking.

Her passion for coaching emerged as she began offering career coaching within her organization, which ultimately led her to earn a Leadership Coaching Certification. After experiencing the intense demands of corporate leadership—exacerbated by evolving technology and 24/7 expectations—she faced a turning point. Following a medical leave in 2022, she chose to prioritize her well-being, family, and purpose, embarking on an entrepreneurial journey to support others in similar situations.

Sarah Doyle is an internationally accredited leadership coach, keynote speaker, training facilitator, and thought leader with experience in senior roles across the private, public, and academic sectors. Her career highlights include serving as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communications at CWB Financial Group, where she led a team of 15 professionals and earned the prestigious Pillars of Excellence Award for her exceptional leadership during the COVID-19 crisis. Sarah played a key role on the COVID Crisis Management Team, successfully navigating organizational challenges through strategic crisis communication.

Sarah’s career began with the Government of Alberta, where she provided strategic communications advice to senior officials. She has also taught PR and Communications at MacEwan University’s School of Business. An avid learner, Sarah has completed over 300 hours of advanced coaching certifications, integrating cutting-edge neuroscience and holistic coaching practices to deliver transformative results for her clients.

Sarah’s passion for leadership development extends beyond coaching. She is dedicated to empowering leaders to embrace authenticity, create inclusive environments, and foster psychological safety in their teams. Through ongoing mentorship and expanding her knowledge in DEI and workplace culture, Sarah ensures her clients are equipped to navigate today’s complex leadership challenges with confidence and empathy.
